Criminal Trespassing

Criminal trespassing is knowingly entering (or refusing to exit) the premises (land, auto or watercraft) that belongs to someone else without permission, for an unlawful purpose or after being forbidden to enter. Criminal trespassing can also include property damage under $500, or withholding the use of someone else’s property.

If you have been accused of trespassing, you should contact an experienced criminal law attorney immediately.  Pandora and her team will describe your rights, advise on the best course of action and help you understand what to expect from the justice system.
